The College of Education and Educational Technology invites you to its next Research Brown Bag on Friday, April 22, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. in Davis Hall, Room 124.
Join Lori Lombard, Communication Disorders, Special Education, and Disability Services, and Vicky Ortiz, Communications Media, as they discuss how they get their students involved in the art of doing research.
Their program is called Umbrella Research, and the presentation will provide information on the research project from designing it to the students’ involvement, plus showing the advantages and disadvantages to the process. Lombard plans to discuss designing a research project, and Ortiz plans to discuss conducting research that focusing on teaching students where to start.
