Four alumni from the College of Health and Human Services have been selected as Cameos of Caring award recipients by the University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing. This honor goes to those individuals “who demonstrated excellence in nursing care, served as an advocate for patients and families, and embodied the essence of the nursing profession.”

Alumni recipients include: Breanne Gray, BSN ’07, MSN ’12 (Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh); Christy West, BS Physical Education ’98 (Excela Health, Westmoreland Hospital); Lesley Rehak, MSN ’14 (Allegheny Health Network, Forbes Hospital); and Sandra Toy, MSN ’05 (Allegheny Health Network, Citizens School of Nursing).

Congratulations to our alumni on receiving this prestigious award. They will be honored at the 17th annual Cameos of Caring Program and Awards Gala on November 7, 2015 in Pittsburgh.
