Food and Nutrition Welcomes Hsiao to Faculty

Pao Ying HsiaoThe Department of Food and Nutrition is excited to welcome Pao Ying Hsiao. 

Hsiao earned her PhD in Nutritional Sciences from Pennsylvania Sate University, where she developed her expertise in nutrition epidemiology, specifically dietary pattern analysis, and the relationship between diet and obesity-related chronic diseases. Her research has been presented at Experimental Biology (, the International Conference on Diet and Activity Methods, and food and nutrition conference and expo meetings. She was also selected as a finalist for the Experimental Biology Clinical Emerging Leaders oral competition.
