English professor Lilia Savova has been invited to serve on the Fulbright National Screening Committee to participate in the screening of applicants to several European countries.

This is the third time Savova has been asked to serve on the national committee.

Her subcommittee generally reviews and ranks over 60 candidates from American universities and other educational institutions. The review process involves the evaluation of candidates' academic, research and service experience as well as the merits of their proposal and other required credentials.
