Devki Talwar, Department of Physics, was invited to attend a workshop at the University of North Carolina recognizing 40 years of the “Development of Man-Made Electronic Materials and Devices: Past and Future.”
The workshop was in honor of Raphael Tsu’s 25 years of service at UNC Charlotte and his close association with Leo Esaki—the 1973 Nobel laureate in Physics.
