Indiana University of Pennsylvania expects all outside contractors working on its campus to conduct all work consistent with all safety regulations that are set forth by all governing agencies. Work stoppages will occur if IUP's Engineering and Construction Group or the Department of Public Safety does encounter any unsafe practices that are taking place on the job. Work will not resume until the unsafe condition has been eliminated.
