    The last issue of the SA Digest for the fall 2019 semester includes a “thank you” from our Living-Learning Communities, upcoming leadership workshops from the Center for Multicultural Student Leadership and Engagement, and a summary of our fall Intramural Champions.

    This issue features information about events on campus this week.  Mark your calendar and learn more about Pre-Commencement Ceremony and Awards event for our diverse and multicultural fall graduates, Narcan Training, and a Resident Assistant information session.  You’ll also learn more about the great work of our campus fraternities and sororities during this season of giving.

    This issue features information about resources on campus for students who are sick with the flu, information on how to donate to the IUP Food Pantry and Help Center, as well as highlights of this week’s Six O’Clock Series and Building Bridges events, both through the Center for Multicultural Student Leadership and Engagement.

    This version of the SA Weekly Digest recognizes some amazing programs coming out of MCSLE, as well as a special program from ATOD about vaping, which will feature an IUP alumnus as a guest speaker.

    This issue takes a close look at “Intrusion,” a play brought to the IUP campus by the 6 O’clock Series and the Haven Project and the highest attended event of the series this semester.  And, just in time for Veterans Day, IUP has been named a “Best for Vets” college, as well as the Pennsylvania National Guard Association’s “Guard Friendly School” designation. We are IUP Proud!

    We examine the new personalities popular among our college students, and why there is so much excitement among them for programs that feature this new breed of celebrity. Folger Hall will now be an option for folks looking for programming space on campus, and a huge congrats to Residence Director Zachary Neil and student leader Na’eem Allen-Stills, who both won big awards this week!
