Edit or Create an FAQ Content Block

Those who have done research on the Internet are probably familiar with FAQ content, or Frequently Asked Questions.

To edit an existing FAQ, all you need to do is type in the question and answer.

  1. Open the FAQ smartform for editing (in the content folder).
  2. To change an existing answer, click once in the grey box, and the regular editing widow will open. When finished, be sure to click the Save icon at the top of this window.
  3. Click on the +FAQ icon to add another question and answer.
  4. When you are satisfied with the new content, either choose Check in to save your work, or press the Submit button.

If you need to create new FAQ content, follow these steps:

  1. In the CMS Workarea, click the Content tab and navigate to the content folder where you want to create the new content.

  2. Hover over New, then mouse over Smart Form and select FAQ. (If the FAQ smart form is not available, contact the Digital Team—we can easily add it to your options.)
  3. Enter the title for your FAQ content, the same as you would for an ordinary content block.
  4. You will see a form where you enter your question and your answer.

To have this content appear on a page, you must add it to a page layout.
