Complete the Baking and Pastry program with a paid externship in your final semester.

Externship

Experience on the job training prior to graduation. Instruction and performance evaluation is performed by supervising chef at the externship site. Externship sites are located throughout the United States.

Students who are pursing the Baking and Pastry/AAS/BS degree options will complete the externship semester and then continue their undergraduate coursework on the Indiana campus.
