Welcome to your one-stop shop for questions about IUP.
Ask us anything!

We can give you answers to any questions you have or direct you to any office you need. If you’re a current student at IUP, we can also connect you with your navigator to get the help you need.

Look for us at the IUP Information Desk in Stapleton Library, to the right of the main entrance. And of course, you’re always just one chat or email message away from someone who can point you in the right direction.

From Information Desk to IUP Navigators

At the Hawks Q&A Center, you’ll get an answer to any general questions you might have. Our staff may also redirect you to your navigator, your go-to support person throughout your life at IUP.

We’ll answer quick questions, but your navigator can handle more in-depth issues, remove barriers, and help you succeed long-term. Chances are they’ll also have those quick answers if needed, so be sure to check with them frequently.

How to Reach the Hawks Q&A Center 

You can find us in Stapleton Library during the library’s regular opening hours. 

You can always send an email or use the Chat feature, and we will respond within 48 hours.
