You can choose a Zoom conference with a Hawks Q&A staff member whenever our office is open. We’ll answer you directly, bring other departments into your call, or connect you with the right person to answer your questions.
You can contact us any time, even when we’re closed, by completing an ihelp. It’s a simple form. Just type in your contact information and question, and we’ll do our best to get back to you within 24 hours. If you’re having trouble submitting
an ihelp, you can also contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Hawks Q&A Center will not be open Saturdays and Sundays between December 14, 2020, and January 18, 2021. Regular hours will resume with the start of the spring 2021 semester on January 19.
