Pennsylvania Right-to-Know

SinceJanuary 1, 2009, Pennsylvania's new Right to Know Lawhas been in effect. The new law establishes that all records kept by the government are presumed to be open to the public, with some exceptions. Indiana University of Pennsylvania, operating in full compliance with the law, has established the following procedures for requesting access to public records.
