The Office of Engagement and University Events works with departments and offices all across the campus to help develop, implement, and support Indiana University of Pennsylvania events.
The LGBTQIA+ Commission works to improve the climate for diversity within IUP and specifically to address issues affecting the welfare of LGBTQIA+ members of the university community.
University Planning CouncilThe president has established the University Planning Council to advise and assist him in the strategic and tactical planning of the university in response to System requirements and to changes in our several environments.
Social Equity and Title IX OfficeThe Office of Social Equity/Title IX Office works to assist in the creation of a campus environment that promotes diversity and inclusion, and manages campus-wide Title IX and Civil Rights compliance.
The President’s Commission on Reducing Student Substance Abuse identified and recommended initiatives and strategies to reduce substance abuse among IUP students.
The Office of Institutional Research, Planning, and Assessment provides official university data and statistics to internal and external constituencies.

Divisions of the University
The University Advancement Division builds long-term voluntary relationships between IUP and its constituencies in order to stimulate greater understanding and support.
Student AffairsThe Division of Student Affairs promotes and enhances student success and personal development by collaboratively and strategically creating and leading programs and services, which advocate for and respond to the broad spectrum of student needs, interests, and aspirations.
The Marketing and Communications Division uses its expertise in various communications specialties to assist with delivering messages to audiences using best practices and strategies.
The Division of Enrollment Management includes the offices of Undergraduate Admissions, Culinary Arts Admissions, Graduate Admissions, Career and Professional Development, and Financial Aid. These departments represent the full continuum of enrollment management, from recruitment, matriculation, retention, and graduation through the pursuit of professional goals.
Our employees serve in roles including maintaining IUP facilities and grounds, ensuring campus safety, handling student billing, and managing the university payroll.
