On behalf of the Mindfulness Living Learning Community, please join us for an evening of group meditation practice and discussion. Mindfulness has been called a “superpower” in the way it can help us reduce stress and live with more joy. The concept of mindfulness will be introduced, which will be followed by a group meditation and a reflection. No experience necessary.
