Homecoming weekend is filled with activities for alumni, students, and the community. The annual parade kicks of at 10:00 a.m. in downtown Indiana, and this year celebrates “World Monuments.” Before the game, alumni and friends are invited to celebrate at the Crimson Huddle. Register for the Crimson Huddle by October 2 for reduced price tickets. At 2:00 p.m. the Crimson Hawks football team takes on California in the 11th annual Coal Bowl. In addition, there are concerts, theater performances, and the Official IUP Late Night Homecoming Party for students. Get all the details about Homecoming weekend.

The parade will feature nearly 80 campus and community units. IUP’s Department of Military Science howitzer cannon, which will be located near the Indiana County Courthouse, will fire to signal the start of the parade. The 2019 parade theme is “World Monuments.” Get the route details and information on how to participate in the parade.

Join the Haven Project for Hawks Against Harm table- Domestic Violence Awareness Month.  The Haven Project is co-sponsoring the homecoming game with Omega Psy Phi Inc., Sigma Chi, Alice Paul House, and the Indiana County District Attorney Patrick Dougherty.  Come out and support the Hawks and wear purple to bring awareness for domestic violence!
