    Provide a concise description of the larger institutional goal this initiative would fit into.

    Describe the core purpose of the brief. What are you trying to accomplish, what is the scope of the brief, and how would you measure success?

    List any known or desired creative needs (brochure, photography, press release, video, etc.) related to this brief, and when you would need them.


    What is the final date on which the initiative requested needs to be finished?




    In as much detail as possible, please describe the audience you intend to reach. Include demographic and geographic information such as age, location, interests, and more where available.

    What funds do you have available to fulfill any related costs? (The Division of Marketing and Communications does not charge for its services. This budget would pay for printing, ad placements, production costs, etc.)
