IUP Libraries chat reference service is available Monday–Friday, during the Information Desk hours. You can connect with one of our librarians by one of the following methods:

Please note that librarians performing chat may occasionally be called to help other users at the information desk.

If chat is offline, clicking on the chat buttons will instead direct you to the Ask a Librarian service, where you can submit your question. One of our librarians will get back to you within 24 hours.
