Community Library Card

We welcome members of our nearby community who want to use our library resources. If you are a member of the local community (and not a student, faculty member, or staff member at IUP) and would like to obtain borrowing privileges for much of our collection, you can acquire a Community Library Card.

What Can I Borrow with a Community Library Card?

You will have access to all circulating books in the library, as well as our video, CD, and audio book collections.


Community Library Cards are limited to Pennsylvania residents who are 18 years of age or older and live in Indiana, Armstrong, or Jefferson counties.

Getting Your Community Library Card

Community Library Cards can be obtained by visiting I-Card and Vending Services in the lobby of Clark Hall, located at 1090 South Drive in Indiana. You must present a current photo ID and pay a $5 fee to obtain your card.
