An alternate method of fulfilling this requirement is the completion of one year of Military Science/ROTC: MLSC 101 Introduction to Military Science and Lab (2 semester hours) and MLSC 102 Fundamentals of Military Science and Lab (2 semester hours). Verified successful completion of Basic Training in any U.S. Armed Service is transferrable as MLSC 101 and 102. MLSC 203 and MLSC 204 may be substituted for MLSC 101 and 102.
