Printer Quotes and Specifications

  • The following are printers that are recommended and supported by the IT Support Center.

    Printer models that do not appear on this list will not be permitted on the network.

    Printer models that do not appear on this list can only be installed locally, via a USB connection. The IT Support Center will assist in the initial installation of these printers, but will be unable to provide any support for hardware failures.

    Keep in mind that you will need an active jack for any supported networked printer. If you are replacing an existing networked printer, you can re-use its jack. If you are installing a new networked printer, you will need to ensure there is an active jack available.
