The Academic Computing Policy Advisory Committee made a
recommendation for a two-year pilot of the Dropbox for Business service starting
in Academic Year 2017–18. The implementation
of Dropbox is a pilot project to determine the interest/use of Dropbox and to help make
future recommendations regarding continued purchasing of this product.
Dropbox purchase and implementation has been concluded, and IT Services is now
ready to provision pilot accounts for those faculty/staff that make requests. It
should be noted that there are a limited number of accounts that can be
provisioned during the pilot phase. Requests are based on a first-come, first-served basis.
