Employee Self Services ESS

  • The ESS (Employee Self-Service) portal allows employees and student employees to view and update their time entries. Student employees use ESS to submit their hours to payroll.

    Among the things you can view/update:

    • Pay statements (from January 9, 2004, to the present),
    • Payroll and benefits information
    • Leave usage and leave balances. 
    • Emergency contact information
