The IT Support Center employs students to assist in providing support to IUP faculty, staff, and students.

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, technology-related assignments, support of walk-in customers at the IT Support Center, and over-the-phone troubleshooting. Prior knowledge and ability to troubleshoot technology-related issues, as well as customer service experience, is preferred.
Applicants should have strong written and oral communication skills, have an eagerness to learn and retain information, and be able to participate effectively during an interview.
