IT Services employs students to assist in providing support to IUP faculty, staff, and students.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, technology-related assignments, support of walk-in customers at the IT Support Center, and over-the-phone troubleshooting.
Teaching and Learning Technologies (TLT) and Library Technology Services also offers students the opportunity for employment. Responsibilities for TLT consist primarily of offering support to faculty and staff with IUP-owned hardware such as desktops, laptops, etc. Library Technology Services provides support for faculty, staff, and students for a variety of library services.
Prior knowledge and ability to troubleshoot technology-related issues, as well as customer service experience, is preferred.
Applicants should have strong written and oral communication skills, have an eagerness to learn and retain information, and be able to participate effectively during an interview. By applying via NeoGov, your name will be available to each group that provides technology support to the university.
