The Keystone Initiative for Network Based Education and Research (KINBER) is a nonprofit coalition of Pennsylvania's education, research, healthcare, economic development, and other nonprofit-based communities. IUP, as a university of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education, is part of this important initiative.
