The Ricupero scholarship recipients for the 2022 academic year are Emily Shaffer from Curwensville, Pa., and Gabriella Finn from Altoona, Pa.
Established by members of the Ricupero and Lubold families to honor their parents and grandparents, this scholarship is awarded to outstanding and talented students enrolled in the Academy of Culinary Arts. Academy of Culinary Arts students are eligible to apply for this scholarship during their second year in the program.
In August, Emily will complete her externship at the Biltmore Estates in Asheville, North Carolina, and Gabriella will complete her externship at Nemacolin in Farmington, Pa.
