Students in the Chemistry, Biochemistry, Physics, and Engineering Department have access to the following instrumentation:

Three Chemical Instrumentation Labs:

  • Fluorescence/Uv-Vis spectrophotometers
  • Ion Chromatograph
  • 300 MHz FT-NMR
  • GC - Mass spec
  • 2 Fourier transform Infrared spectrometers

X-ray Lab:

  • Single crystal and powder x-ray diffractometers
  • Differential Scanning calorimeter
  • Inert Atmosphere glove box

Biochemistry Lab:

  • Real time PCR machine
  • Multiskan Plate reader
  • Confocal fluorescence microscope
