The Dr. William H. Culp Library Collection for Transpersonal Psychology shall be used for the purpose of purchasing materials for the IUP Library and bringing speakers to campus benefiting students and faculty studying transpersonal psychology or other related areas of study. First priority in use of funds from the endowment is to be given to the purchase of library materials. After all desired library materials have been purchased in a particular year, if funds are still remaining from that year's endowment proceeds, then those remaining funds may be used to bring a speaker or speakers in the field of transpersonal psychology to campus.
