First, a quick explanation of the process...

All campus residence post office box numbers are assigned by the Office of Housing, Residential Living, and Dining, not the University Post Office. In order to obtain an IUP residence post office box number, you must do the following in MyIUP:

  • In the current MyIUP portal, my.iup.edu:
    • Sign in to MyIUP and visit the Personal Information page. 
    • In the Personal Information section, select Mailbox information.
  • In the new MyIUP portal:
    • Log in to MyIUP. Go to Discover and search for "information."
    • On the My Student Information, Data, and Accounts card, click on Campus Mailbox Information. 
  • Continue in either portal by selecting Display Your Mailbox Information.

Your information will be then sent to the University Post Office, where a mailbox will be assigned to you. Please allow a few days for this process to be completed.
