How to Sign Up for Meal Plans (and Housing) and Add Flex

Signing up for housing and meals can be done through MyIUP.

Off-Campus Meal Signups and Adding Flex

Off-campus students can sign up for a meal plan by clicking where indicated in the example below. To get to this screen:

In the current MyIUP portal, my.iup.edu:

1. Log in to MyIUP.
2. Click on Campus Services tab.
3. In the Housing and Residential Living section, click on Housing Services.
4. You'll be directed to the Housing portal. Choose Indiana Campus Commuter Meal Plan and fill out the form.

In the new MyIUP portal:

1. In the new MyIUP portal: Log in to MyIUP and go to Discover. Search for "dining." On the Housing and Dining card, click on Housing and Dining Portal (StarRez).
2. Choose the Off Campus Meal Plan tab.
3. Click on Apply next to the semester you are interested in signing up for.
4. Choose a meal plan and click Save and Continue.

Note that Dining Flex is not the same as the Crimson Cash account which is used for vending, laundry, and printing.

To add Flex:

In the current MyIUP portal, my.iup.edu:

1. Log in to MyIUP.
2. Click on Campus Services tab.
3. In the Dining section, click on Adding Flex for dining.

In the new MyIUP portal:

1. In the new MyIUP portal: Log in to MyIUP and go to Discover. Search for "flex."
2. On the Housing and Dining card, click on Add Flex Dining Dollars.

Need a Job?

The dining service hires many students each semester to work in the various dining facilities. For more information about available positions, contact personnel at any dining location. Job possibilities include cashier or checker, cleaning tables/floors, food preparation/serving, cleaning dishes, general labor, and student manager.
