Add Years to Your Life and Life to Your Years!

  • April 6, 2009

With changes in health care and technology as well as increased education, many of us will be 80, 90, or even 100 years old! Fortunately, old age does not have to include a state of dependence, illness, or senility, which is often depicted in movies, comedy acts, commercials, and greeting cards. This presentation will emphasize the latest research in longevity. Learn about the dangers of chronic stress and how to cope with it, the numerous advantages of an active mind and body, and just how long you might live based on your current lifestyle.

This program is presented by Dr. Tara Johnson.
