Grace Skarzynski has been awarded the 2022–23 Fulbright ETA award. With this, Grace will have the opportunity to work as a Fulbright Fellow in the Office of International Education at Athens College-Hellenic American Educational Foundation.
Grace, a 2022 graduate of the Student Affairs in Higher Education program, will be working with the Foundation to create stronger ties between it and the United States. She will also be working with Grecian students to provide them with a cross-cultural educational experience.
She said, "The Fulbright program will give me firsthand international experience, which will help me to gain a broader global perspective. I am looking forward to gaining this new knowledge and experience and cannot wait to apply it to my future career in international education."
Grace will become the 18th Fulbright finalist in IUP's list of alumni scholars.
