Incoming students may register for orientation after their tuition deposit is paid through MyIUP.

You will need your network username and password to log in to MyIUP, our university portal. It's a good idea to have your orientation letter in hand. Once you've logged in, you'll find the link to sign up for orientation on the homepage, in the "Start Here" section.

If you've not yet activated your account, you will need to do so before you can log in.

International students will attend a mandatory three- to four-day program upon arrival to campus. Learn more about the International Student Orientation Program and how to register.

Students with Disabilities

Please see the Department for Disability Access and Advising website for more information on how to register to receive services. You may also complete the Declaration of Disability form and send it to our Department for Disability Access and Advising, 216 Pratt Hall, 201 Pratt Drive, Indiana, PA 15705.

Access and accommodations provided during orientation are separate from those provided when you are a student, so you'll need to notify us when registering for orientation if you need any special accommodations.

What to Do if Your Plans Change

If you must change your orientation date, log back in to MyIUP and select Reschedule my orientation date if needed. (Note: January has only one date, so you will not be able to reschedule it.)

Parents: please email us at orientation-testing@iup.edu.

If you cannot attend a Transfer Orientation Day due to an externship, military obligations, or being out of the country during the transfer orientation dates, email orientation-testing@iup.edu. Please make sure you have your full name and student ID in the email. (You must be able to document the absence and need. Each case will be addressed individually.)
