Current students who would like to retake their math placement test may call 724-357-5701 to set up a time to come in and retest. Retesting for current students takes place in the Major and Career Exploration Center located in Stabley, room 103K.
Incoming students for fall 2019 who attend orientation and would like to retake their math placement test may do so in July. The Office of New Student Orientation and the Mathematical and Computer Sciences Department will facilitate the retesting. Registration
for this opportunity will open June 1.
All students will be required to do the following to be eligible to retest:
Schedule adjustments will be made, as needed, if your retest results improve your fall placement.
Students electing an online option will be responsible for downloading and installing a remote proctoring software prior to the test. The software is Lockdown/Respondus, and the student is responsible for the $5 fee. Please use the following link to find
information regarding system requirements for downloading the Lockdown software.
The math retest requires the use of LockDown Browser and Respondus Monitor for online exams. The webcam can be built into your computer or can be the type that plugs in with a USB cable. Watch this short video to
