Local students are now able to complete the bachelor’s degree in
Communications Media entirely on the IUP at Northpointe campus through a
combination of face-to-face and online courses. This is the perfect opportunity
to start a college degree or complete one you have already started.
Students are able to attend full time, or, if you are currently employed,
you may choose to attend part time.
All required major courses for the bachelor’s
degree in Communications Media are offered online during the fall, spring,
summer, or winter sessions. Other degree requirements (Liberal Studies classes)
for the major are offered through a combination of traditional face-to-face
instruction on the Northpointe campus and online courses. In order to complete
all degree-required courses, enrollment in some online summer/winter courses
may be necessary. Throughout the program, students will be able to receive
local support on the Northpointe campus to achieve academic success through
services such as math tutoring, writing center guidance, library assistance, technology
support, etc.
