Students interested in detective stories, the neuratypical, and what really happened at midnight should join FDI Scholar Ethan Hollinger for a reading of The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time on Saturday, September 22, at 1:00 p.m. in Waller B 15 (open to all students, regardless of major).
Winner of the 2015 Tony Award for Best Play as well as seven Olivier Awards, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time explores the world as seen through the eyes of 15-year-old Christopher. He has an extraordinary brain, but struggles to interpret everyday life, due to being on the autism spectrum. When the neighborhood suspects him of killing his neighbor’s dog, he sets out to identify the true culprit, which leads to an earth-shattering discovery and a journey that will change his life forever.
