Child Volunteers Wanted for Doctoral Students Practicing IQ Test Administration

Posted on 10/25/2017 9:19:04 AM

Graduate students in the Clinical Psychology doctoral program at IUP are learning how to administer tests of intellectual functioning and are looking for volunteers between the ages of 6 and 16 years, 11 months. Volunteers will be given a series of brief tests that will take about 90 minutes to complete.

All testing will be conducted in the Center for Applied Psychology in Uhler Hall. Parents will receive a brief summary of their child’s performance. Parents may observe the test session if they choose. Graduate student examiners are responsible for scheduling testing sessions at a date and time that is convenient for the volunteer. If you are interested in volunteering your child, please contact Laura Knight, the assessment course instructor, at laura.knight@iup.edu or 724-357-4526.
