Vocal Students Win at National Association of Teachers of Singing

Every year, the National Association of Teachers of Singing holds chapter competitions all over the United States and Canada. IUP hosted this year’s local Tri-States Chapter competition. IUP vocal students competed and won big.

The organizers of the competition were IUP voice faculty members Joseph Baunoch, who is also the chapter vice-president, and Oliver Lo, who is the newly appointed chapter treasurer.

Winners are eligible to compete at the Eastern Regional Competition in March 2018 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. They will compete with students from New York, Quebec, New Jersey, West Virginia, and Delaware.
