The Keystone Chamber Players, a resident trio comprised of music faculty members Stephanie Caulder (oboe), Jason Worzbyt (bassoon), and Henry Wong Doe (piano), are proud to announce the release of their first compact disc, entitled Five in the Sun.
The disc includes: three trios for oboe, bassoon, and piano by Andre Previn, Peter Hope, and Nancy Galbraith; an oboe/bassoon duo by George Rochberg; and a quartet which features music faculty member Therese Wacker (flute). The quartet “Aubade,” composed by Clark McAlister, was commissioned by the ensemble and is one of two world premiere recordings on the disc.
The disc is published by Klavier Music Productions and is currently available on iTunes, Amazon, and Spotify and will be distributed internationally through the NAXOS label.
