Professor Michele Gerwick, Professor Theresa Gropelli, and faculty member Pamela O'Harra, Department of Nursing, presented at the Elsevier Faculty Development Conference in Las Vegas in January.

Gerwick and Gropelli presented on "Modeling Professional Behavior with Senior Level Team Leading Experience."

Gerwick presented on "Using Narrative Pedagogy to Enhance Clinical Problem Solving in the Senior Level BSN Student."

Gropelli and O’Harra presented on "Implementation of the QSEN Competency of Teamwork and Collaboration Using Peer Team Leading."

Gerwick used Professor Pat Benner’s model to do her study on clinical problem solving and had her photograph taken with Benner at the conference. She was mistaken for Pat Benner by a fellow conference attendee, upon which she quipped, “I told her I was Pat’s daughter.”

Congratulations, all!
