Daly to Discuss Fuel Cycle Extraction Processes

On Friday, February 22, 2013, the Department of Chemistry will host Professor Scott Daly of George Washington University.

Daly will visit with faculty and students during the morning and afternoon of February 22, and conclude his visit with the seminar “The Role of Metal-Ligand Covalency in Fuel Cycle Extraction Processes: A Spectroscopic Evaluation of Seaborg’s Sixty-Year-Old Hypothesis.”

The talk will be in Weyandt 240 from 3:35–4:25 p.m. All are welcome to attend, and light refreshments will be served.
