The James G. Mill Center for Health and Fitness will be holding an eight-week 10,000 Step Challenge beginning Monday, February 4.
The Challenge is open to everyone, and pedometers are provided upon registration.
Walking is a great exercise and helps to prevent heart problems and reduces the chances of developing illnesses. Stop by the fitness center to sign up, or download the registration form (pdf)!
