The Office of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Other Drugs is offering a BASICS (Brief Alcohol Screening and Intervention of College Students) training for university personnel and graduate students on Friday, December 7, 2012, from 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. (lunch is on your own) in Room G60, Suites on Maple East.

Brief Alcohol Screening and Intervention of College Students is an empirically based preventative intervention for college students. It is aimed at students who drink alcohol and have experienced or are at risk for experiencing alcohol-related problems.
