“The Mindfulness Revolution” workshop session is scheduled for Wednesday, March 28, 2012, from 5:00–6:15 p.m. in Room G60, Suites on Maple East.
We are living in a culture which bombards us with continuous distractions and promotes multitasking and digital communication. How is this affecting our ability to manage stress, regulate our emotions, and develop relationships? Learn why neuroscience is telling us that meditation is good for our brains and our health. The workshop will include learning basic mindful meditation skills.
