A trip to Washington, D.C., by 20 Phi Gamma Nu members on December 1–4, 2011, provided an opportunity to tour various landmarks.
“The trip was a great learning experience for all of the members of Phi Gamma Nu that attended,” said PGN president Craig Fisher. “It really gave new members the opportunity to get to know everyone better, and it brought a lot of friendships closer. We got to tour places that many of us had never seen before, such as the Capitol Building, the Pentagon and the Holocaust Museum. It was overall an enjoyable weekend, and we hope to take another trip in the future.”
Other locations the students visited include the Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial, and the White House.
