Instructor - Dr. Weinstein, Room 402 Suites on Maple-East, 12:15 p.m. - 12:45 p.m. The Mindfulness Living Learning Community offers meditation sittings to any student, faculty, or staff as an opportunity to learn the practice and sit with others to meditate. It often goes better in a group! The facilitator will offer a guided meditation to help you along. No prior experience is necessary.
amped up for IUP’s Homecoming Weekend at Homecoming Showdown! You and
three of your friends will compete with others to be crowned Homecoming
Champion and win some awesome prizes! Events include T-shirt decorating,
cornhole, ladder golf, tug-of-war, free throw, dodgeball, walleyball,
and an obstacle course. Do you have what it takes to be crowned a champion? Homecoming
Showdown will take place on Tuesday, October 3, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m.
in the HUB Gymnasium. Free food and t-shirts will be available for all
participants. Prizes include the very coveted Intramural Champion
T-shirts, $50 Co-op Store and Amazon gift cards, and tickets to our
upcoming events (Lil Uzi Vert, Drew Lynch, and Mayday Parade). Register (for free) by
