Congratulations to four IUP Department of Music alumni for receiving awards at the 2022 Pennsylvania Music Educators Association annual In-Service Conference!
Louise Daniels (district 3), Casey Williams (district 6), and Tina Arnold (district 11) each received a Citation of Excellence. One citation is awarded for each of the 12 PMEA districts. Catherine Kasun received the Outstanding Young Educator Award. Only one individual is recognized each year for the Outstanding Young Educator Award, which is given to a teacher who has taught between three and five years.
