Please note that the due date for all registration forms is October 15, 2019. This date is very important so that we can accommodate all students who are interested in participating in the ensemble. If students from a school district wish to attend this event without their band director present, we will need written confirmation that another band director will be responsible for these students. This can take the form of a letter or email sent to Jason Worzbyt (reedtip@iup.edu).

There will be several options for parking. Paid parking is available in the parking garage located behind Cogswell Hall. The garage may be accessed from either Grant Street or Papermill Avenue (see campus map). This is the closest parking lot to Fisher Auditorium that will be available for you to park in on a weekday morning. If you choose to park here, you must park in a yellow-lined space, which can be found on the top two floors of the garage. Do not park in a space labeled “Reserved” or that has a 24/7 placard. Make note of your space number, and pay for your space at the kiosk located by the pedestrian bridge on the third floor.

If you are bringing a bus, or want to avoid parking charges, parking will be available at the R & P lot on campus. Once your registration form is received, you will be sent a parking pass with a map.

Students will be responsible for all meals while they are on campus; however, there are a wide variety of restaurants located on and off-campus.
