This workshop will focus on the issue of drugs in the workplace. It will focus on how drugs impact productivity, how to identify employees that may be in need of help, and how to effectively get them the help that they need. The purpose and impact of drug testing will be discussed. In addition, the best ways to assist an employee back into the workplace following a treatment experience will be discussed.
