As clinicians, we are to be fair and unbiased . . . but do we have biases we are not aware of or are not sure how to handle? Through an interactive approach, participants will have an opportunity to explore and discuss their own biases and examine how to prevent personal biases from interfering with the therapeutic approach. A fascinating exercise brings to light how equal and unequal Americans are in our country.
