Children of divorce are often caught in the middle of on-going parental strife long after their parents are no longer married. Recognizing the common problems, myths that children may believe and the effects that continuing inter-parental conflict can have on the children is crucial to successful co-parenting. Understanding keys to successful co-parenting and ways to work with former partners in high conflict situations is also necessary for co-parenting success.
